In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition.
We offer refunds/exchanges only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not for any other reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders.
To return an item, please contact us and send a video of the defective/damaged product. We will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it.
Return requirements:
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
- The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
To complete an exchange, simply place a new order for the item you want. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3–5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
If 3–5 business days have passed and you still do not see a refund, please contact us at info@sagsecret.com.
INVALID REASONS
- Buyer no longer wants the items – This is a common request we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at SagSecret.
- The buyer should be certain they want to purchase the items before submitting an order.
- After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- The buyer should be confident they are ready to pay the listed prices before placing an order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@sagsecret.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to stop the package.
